Only an admin can help restore deleted forums to my knowledge, I know they require the original password that was used by the admin account.

Only an admin can help restore deleted forums to my knowledge, I know they require the original password that was used by the admin account. Correct but just to add in some additional information, if your board was removed by violation of terms of service then you will not get it back, if your board has been hacked and deleted then proboards.com administrator (men in red) can restore your board until a previous date when it was last backed-up. For them to do this you will need the username that the account was set up with "not admin" and the original forum password "not main admin password" please wait until an administrator posts here and he will take over.

The forum was not deleted for a TOS violation.
If this is to be looked into any further you will need to get the forums admin to post here.
It is quite possible the admin was the one who deleted it
