Hi Peter I really like your plugin but I found one thing and dont know if it is correct or not I posted a message for just two of my staff using their user names but all of my staff saw the message is it supposed to be visible for all staff or did I do it wrong .

Also a question . If I wish to display a message for certain individuals such as my co-administrator should I create a special group using his/her user name and then would it be visible to him alone

P.S.
I am running Linux and I dont know if that has an effect or not so here are my specs
Dell Dimension 3000
1.2 gig ram
ubuntu 12.04
Firefox 16.02

I couldn't see the plugin active, have you disabled it?

I just now went back to my forum and checked it is enabled Peter /. When I first installed it it worked fine but all the staff could see the message but now it does not show at all

I still can't see the plugin enabled.  I need it enabled so I can see what the issue is.

I dont know what is goiung on here Peter but I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it and enabled it and it still doesnt show

I see that you have 2 messages.

- 1 for guests, which is working fine, I see that one.
- 1 for yourself?

Is the second one not working for you?

Yes Peter that is what is going on I just changed the one for myself to one for gasket ( One of my mods ) and I dont see that one either but as you say the one for guests is working properly now I am also going back to rieinstate ther one for me just to try it . Maybe deleting and reinstalling fixed the problem

You won't see them if they are for a specific group or user.  So the guest message will only show for guests, the one for Gasket will only show for him as it only has him listed.

Hi Peter,

Any luck with the version that accepts html?

People are starting to miss a couple more of our 'header' tables and I'd really really love to put them in this plugin rather than trying to work out putting them in the board headers thank you so much!

You can already insert HTML, all I remember is someone having an issue if the HTML had line breaks, it would convert them to break tags and leave a large gap above (the example was a table).

I think I said I would implement an option to not parse new lines to break tags?

Yup that was me!

Yes you said something about a setting to tell it it was html and not parse new lines as break tags so I didn't have to have my tables all on a single line lol.
