The system would not accept the key supplied in the e-mail, the original password I used when I created the Forum December 2003 ... or my current password. So how do I gain access to create my BETA Board? What happened when you clicked the link provided in your email? And you would only need a password if your key worked and you got in and were attempting to copy a forum. At which time you would enter the password for the main admin account of the forum you're copying. |

The other possibility is that the password the process wants is the password I use for this web site! The instructions should be made far more explicit as to what password the dialogue expects. I will do nothing about a logout/forgot password for an hour or two, allowing time for an answer to this post. |

I'm having exactly the same problems as GooRoo. Now I haven't a clue what I've done or what I'm supposed to be doing... whether I should use, 'admin' and my own forum password, or my username and password that I use to gain access to this board. At one point, it told me to use my email address, from now on, to gain access... so, in use my email address, and my password for this board and I get the, "Fatal Error - Database Query Database Query Error We're really sorry about this, but due to an angry bear server issues we could not load this forum. Our technicians are aware of this problem and hope to have the Err Bear under control this situation sorted shortly!" I'm confused!  Mind you, it doesn't take much.  |

The password is the admin account password - what it currently is. It says Username: admin, Password: _________ Since the dialogue did not accept my password, there must have been a problem with length and/or the (very) special characters I used ... so I changed my password to something shorter, and will try again later today. |

Okay, hopefully this will help GooRoo and Petmar.  You enter your forum that you are the admin account on and the admin account password. The you pick whatever you want the URL the copy in BetaZone to be. |

Apparently there was a problem with a 23 character password with (very) special characters in it. I am #14 in the queue, and will watch to see when I have something to throw stones at!
