Ok, I was confused because on my v4.5 board I had to add a code to every single header if I wanted only certain smilies for certain boards.

todge all of a sudden it came on. i mite have had the posting page open for a long time while doing other things. you mentioned before that it mite take time for everything to load, which ive had a tab open for like over a minute now and no link. so it worked one time, now its not working

im sure i dont have more smilies than everyone else. ill ask you much later, for a copy without the drop down with the text smilies

Thanks Todge with this great code and have it up and running.

I do however, have two small questions.

Is it possible to have the old: (selection boxes) as a addition to the plugin:

var popBoxes = 10;
var popWidth = 700;
var popHeight = 400;

and is it possible to have a background color box selection to the plugin?

If you have had it working there can not be anything wrong with the array.. As I said, the page needs to finish loading before the smilie box appears, there's nothing I can do about that.

All I can suggest is try disabling the other plugins that you have installed and see if it then works.

can you just give me link to the smilies then and ill put it somewhere, can you just alter a copy and have the smilies open in a new tab like i had it before. but what my computer, connection, browser. its a plugin on a brand new forum that works for everyone else

Have you tried it using a different browser?

Also, you need to be logged in to see the smilies. They will not show to guests.

i was logged in, i can just use the link just as easy. i want it to open in a new tab tab anyway
its the same in safari
