Hi Todge I've been running this plugin for a while now and it is fantastic - thanks for creating it! I have run into a slight issue with it though. I have had a couple of members complain that when they have hovered over the edit button, and it disappears, it is directly replaced by the "quote" button which is confusing them. They see the pop up but think they have clicked on edit, but have actually clicked on the quote button. Is there any way to either leave the edit button where it is and not remove it once a member hovers over it? (so subsequent clicks just repeat the pop up warning?) Or is it possible to prevent the quote button from replacing it when it disappears? (I am running Version 1.1.5 Beta) Thanks again. GH. |

You should now have an option to disable rather than remove the edit button. |

great plugin todge. altho i'm having trouble with one thing. when i click on the option of "effected groups" i don't see the names of those groups but rather just a blank box representing a group which we can select or de-select. Strange.. But I'm afraid there's not much I can do about that. All I do is add the option to select member groups within a plugins' settings, all of the member groups on your forum should then be included automatically. I have no control over what is displayed or what can be selected. All I can suggest is to maybe try re-installing the plugin, in case something went awry with the initial instillation, and failing that, wait a couple of days to see if the issue is resolved. If it is not, either comeback to me and I'll make further inquires, or, which may be better, post in the Support Board in Tech Support to get help directly from someone who knows what he's talking about. |

Hi! I installed the plug-in and it's great - thanks! We are a (formerly vBulletin) reality TV board that suddenly got evicted by our corporate overlords, and have had to start fresh here. fansofrealitytv.freeforums.net/ -- we're still learning the ropes. Apologies if this has been requested previously -- what would you think about the idea of having separate time limit inputs for the Edit and Delete functions? We used to give members less time to delete posts, but more time to edit them for errors/typos/bad judgment, etc. |
