Hmmm... I think I put it where you told me Brian, but now all of that is above the banner?? That's because of the Welcome Header Below Ad plugin. The stuff that's normally above the ad is being moved below the ad while your container stays because it's not affected by that plugin. In the first line of the container's code change <div class="container"> to this: Then add this below the $[header] line.

I have an issue with my forum. I recently made a new theme for it, but the sidebar doesn't show on the side on the theme. Can you provide a link to the forum in question? There's not much I can do to diagnose it unless I see the problem firsthand. I have my forum on maintenance right now, so I can't exactly show you...

I can view any forum regardless of whether or not it's in maintenance mode. As an employee at the ProBoards office those restrictions do not apply to me when viewing a forum from our office connection.

I am also having a problem. I put in my java code and it wont use the code. instead it just displays the code. I have gone into the build setting and selected java under the Code Box tab. Please help when you get the chance.

In Plugins > Manage you currently only have the plugin enabled on one theme. Click on the Edit button next to the plugin and you should be able to select which themes you want it to show on. I am also having a problem. I put in my java code and it wont use the code. instead it just displays the code. I have gone into the build setting and selected java under the Code Box tab. Please help when you get the chance. You shouldn't need to enter the Build page of the plugin if you're just trying to add content to the sidebar. That's not where you go to edit the sidebar itself. Remove whatever you added to the Build page of the plugin (or reinstall it entirely) then add your code in Plugins > Manage > Sidebar Redux instead inside a container. Forum URL: yackertyyak.freeforums.net/forumHi there I have installed the sidebar redux plug in and am wondering of it is possible to show who's on line in it Many thanks The Users Online information is only available on the home page. It's not possible to make it show on every page of the forum within the sidebar.

Hi there,
Thanks for your hard work! I was wondering if you could help me out.
I know absolutely nothing about coding, so i have no idea how to get this side bar working.
I want it to contain the most recently updated threads. Is it simple to do this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Kind regards,
Sky Guardian.

I want it to contain the most recently updated threads. Is it simple to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Kind regards, Sky Guardian. You'll need to use the Recently Updated Threads Sidebar plugin to place recent threads within my sidebar plugin. You can find instructions on how to automatically move the recent threads generated by that plugin to the sidebar in the bolded part of this post that says Container ID: support.proboards.com/thread/508294/updated-threads-sidebarAs for getting the Sidebar Redux plugin working all you have to do after installing the plugin is go to Plugins > Manage > Sidebar Redux and click on either the Left Sidebar or Right Sidebar tab depending on which one you want to use, then click on the Enabled checkbox to turn on the respective sidebar and click on the Save Changes button. When you return to the forum there should be a gap on the side where the sidebar will be placed. You can go back to the plugin settings and add new containers to it if you wish, or just follow the steps in the support thread I linked earlier for the Recently Updated Threads Sidebar plugin to make it show in that gap if that's all you want the sidebar for.

Hello! I simply love your plugin.
But, I had a question. Would it be possible for one of the sidebars to contain a playlist of videos?

Hello! I simply love your plugin. But, I had a question. Would it be possible for one of the sidebars to contain a playlist of videos? If you can get an embed code from the site the videos are on that does exactly that, then absolutely! Otherwise, if you're just looking to have a list of video links you'll need to manually type those in using HTML.
