Alright so I would like to request a plugin that allows us to use some of the CSS properties for styling posts that are not already a built-in feature. Some of these properties are: float, display, position and z-index. Mainly I'm looking for float and display. Perhaps the plugin could be made so that the admin can select which properties to allow and which to not with either a simple yes or no option? It could include other properties as well if there are any others that are not featured. But like I said...mainly looking to allow float and display when styling a post. Here you can see a thread in which I inquired about these properties and received answers from the admin Ryan: support.proboards.com/thread/441590/inline-style-cssSo basically it cannot be a built-in feature because such properties can be used to distort the layout of a site if messed up or if used by those with ill-intent or even those that are inexperienced. Thus it is up to the admins of each site to decide whether or not to allow their members access to these certain properties. So I thought that would be a good plugin for an admin to have, where they can choose which properties to allow and which to not. Also sort of a second request...but I would love to see a plugin that is similar to the [newclass] code for v4, basically allowing us to create and use classes within a post. Many individuals use this for hover effects as well as to apply the style of one class to multiple areas in a post without having to copy and paste the in-line style each time.

Definitely interested in this as well - particularly the classes and perhaps adding overflow to that list of properties? I can manage without, but I really do enjoy it on occasion...

Oh yes, overflow is one that is used a lot too on the v4 templates, that would be handy as well

I mostly would like float -- I've only ever used it in other places to wrap text around images to save space. I almost thought it was allowed with the div BBCode but nope. :/

The style tags in general would be a plus cause after converting all our pretty templates aren't so pretty any more

The style tags in general would be a plus cause after converting all our pretty templates aren't so pretty any more Well v5 already comes built in with the style feature, the only problem is that all properties do not work which is why your templates probably aren't as "pretty"

I had made a style tags plugin, but was shot down as "unsafe" even though it was tested.. Good luck getting someone to make a hack-free version of the style tags because obviously they're too hard to traffic..

Yea well I sort of figured it was going to have to be at everyone's "own discretion" since certain properties can break the layout of a site...but I never had any major problems with that happening on v4.

Seems to work perfectly...even though [style style=""] seems repetitive haha

Seems to work perfectly...even though [style style=""] seems repetitive haha I would have kept it as the div style="" but PB already uses the [ div ] tag.
