Link to Post - what's the difference? Screen shot: http://i493./rr297/WWWF_08/Beta/Linktopost.jpg The actual links are different btw. "Link to only this post" just brings up that one post, without the rest of the thread. "Link to this post in this thread" brings up the post with the thread around it.

Sometimes people want to link to an individual post instead of the entire thread, as the post contains the most important information.

When click on link to posts the urls start with http:// - the pasted links don't work for me at any rate, the page opens to the Angry bear! support.proboards.com/post/5139978/threadEDIT: after posting http:// isn't shown - but in PMs I sent on my forum it was shown resulting in the link not working.

Seems to be working for me. Are the results in your previous post still the case for you?

Both that link and your previous link work correctly for me, as well as linking to random individual posts within those threads.
Does it happen all the time or is it just an on and off issue?

Just on and off I think - I wonder if it has anything to do with me using a iMac now?

I'm not sure if that would affect it. I did give Safari a shot but I didn't experience any problems.
Do you have any other browsers you could try?

No, I've not downloaded Firefox onto my Mac, wanted to stick with Safari tbh. I'll monitor it and if necessary remove http//.

The link now works - sorry Brian but I think I've uncovered a bug.
