This account has not yet been approved

One of my members is saying he can not log in and he was a member on our old forum.
His name is juche.   Can you help?

Same problem as others. Board upgraded to V5. Registered but receiving the dreaded "This account has not yet been approved" message.

I doubt this is a problem at the board (ericclaptonsmusic.proboards.com; user rgutter) level. Help would be appreciated.

When looking at your forum's data, it seems like you deleted the unapproved users and had those 2 users create new accounts. Is that correct? I don't want to proceed any further if you've already found a workaround.

I cannot approve any accounts automatically on behalf of members - I would need a request from an admin to do that.

However, I have added your account to the list of pending users, so that an admin on your forum can approve you.

In order to look into your problem I'll need to know your forum's URL and your username. I cannot auto-approve accounts based on what users tell me, but I can add you to the pending list, and an admin on your forum can approve you.

If so, then this is a V4 forum, and your problem is not related. You'll need to speak with your forum's admin to get your account approved.

If I'm wrong and you are speaking about a different forum, could you please provide a link?

Unfortunately we're unable to provide contact details, due to privacy. But if you visit the forum, look for the "Kerry GAA Website" link found at the bottom of the page there. This will take you to their website and it appears they have some contact info there

I was able to find the contact details by following Ricky's instructions - again, for privacy reasons we're not at liberty to disclose information that could be used to make contact with one of our members, but do know that this user has made a certain email address public and that can be found by closely adhering to Ricky's post above.
