It says not to have nudity or adult content and I've seen adult written material on many proboards before. One board I knew had a password for it. I'm not saying I support this material, but I am only curious. Is it okay to have adult content if there is a warning of some sort about the content within the thread or perhaps a board that's password protected about the particular subject containing adult content?

No, it would not be okay... it's against the ToS.
