My board is in English but I have an Anime forum and a lot of anime fans want to learn English. I was thinking of hosting Japanese classes online kind of where the fans could learn Japanese and stuff. Would making a forum (not a whole board) for fans to chat in Japanese go against the TOS?

A forum but not a board? Regardless, even a sentence or two in another language is against the ToS. The people making sure you're not trying to take over the world only know English.

I've seen some boards have forums dedicated to other languages and some start a thread where they can chat in another language. It's not always bad to talk in another language. =/

One of my forums has the word, "Konnichiwa" which means "Hello" in Japanese. I used that word as the "Introductions" forum because it was unique. Is that okay? Also, I know a lot of the fans would be using Japanese words too. Not a lot of words, but when it comes to anime fans, Japanese words tend to pop out like, "Hai" which means yes.

Here's an official statement. Regarding the English only rule. A word or two not in English is fine. A paragraph is not

Sounds like me, in real life i actully say hai rather than yes, as well as a few other japanese words that always get in there If its minimal then its fine, but entire messages, such as this, if it were in japanese that wouldnt be allowed
