It maybe something fairly simple. Make sure the member has checked his/her junk email folder. The newest versions of AOL have the spam blockers and it may prevent Proboards from being able to contact him/her If he/she does have AOL, then either get him/her to sign up for a hotmail account or you could create an account for him/her and give them the password.

The same thing happens to a member of my board. He tried to register several times and he never received the activation code. He checked out the junk mail, but no code at all. Is there any way of sending him the activation?

it not in their junk mail and they dont have AOL Have that member sign up for another free email account and there is a link at the activation screen to resend the activation code. Emails such as hotmail, gmail and yahoo will work. What email provider they using anyways? I'm not sure if there is a backlog of activation emails or not though right now.
