Personal Smilies (v 1.3.0)

I had already done that. It appears my profile part is working fine. It's just that none of my personal Smiley's are showing in my Smiley drop down box now.

That's strange, as that part of the code has not been touched, and works fine for me on my test forum.

What browser are you using? And is it possible for you to test it out using a different one?

It was working until very recently.

I usually use latest version of Chrome.  But just tried IE 11 with same result.  This is what I see in Settings:

The only thing different we are doing is playing the plugin game Scavenger Hunt. I just disabled it for a minute, and the Smilies are still AWOL.

the forum is Beagles n More and yes it is visible to visitors

Todge, I've had several members notice now that they've lost their personal smilies. Neither of my forums is opened to Guest viewing. I can open one up temporarily, but that will really upset my members. Please let me know if that is my only option in order to get my forums set up with Personal Smilies again and I will do it.

Could you please try clearing the key..

In your Admin Panel, Go to Plugins >> Manage >> Keys.. Find the key for 'personal_smilies' and click on 'Clear', confirm, then go back to your profile page and try again.

That's very strange.. Unless you have a staff member randomly deleting them.

No, sorry.  I haven't asked if all of them are experiencing it.  I just have had several PM me.  I will ask to see if anyone can see them.

Well %^&$. I tried the suggestion made to Kathy to clear the keys. That wiped out all the smililes I had saved in my Settings. But it still didn't fix the problem. In fact, it is worse because now I appear to be in the same boat as Kathy. I can't add new smilies. My Settings look just like hers now.

Kathy and m2marsh, can you both please try version 1.2.6...

Make sure you remove the old plugin first, making sure you 'Delete Plugin & Data' to ensure you get a clean install...

Todge , I updated to 1.2.6 and that got my Settings in Profile back to where I can now start adding new smilies again. But I still can't see the one smiley I did add in my Smiley dropdown menu.

So I went and checked, and the one smiley I had added to Settings was gone.  So I started over and added two smilies.  Set Changes.  Save Account Settings.

But then when I go out of Profile and back in, the Smilies I had added, set, and saved were gone again.

Todge , this first appeared to happen about the same time Photobucket started withdrawing their images from our forums. Not sure if that has anything to do with it, but it seemed to be on the same day.
