Just a point to note, 

I had a member join and then this happened. 

Members can't add code by themselves, if you didn't add the code, then the member must have persuaded one of your staff that has coding powers to add it, maybe have a word or remove those powers ?

Also, find out where the code came from if possible.

I have removed all powers now Patrick.

Now I have the  problem they advertise when I send a p.m.

This is what shows up when I send a p.m.  what will I do

I've added an admin label to this to see if they can locate and remove any related codes for you

At this stage I can't get into my forum at all. It has been taken over completely.

Looks like someone is placing a redirect all over the forum:

As ASE stated, a PB staff member can take a better look at the issue.

I changed everything last night so no members had any powers but me.

I've removed the offending code. If you happen to find any more pages with the code, it will likely be in one of your Layout Templates.

I can't post on forum.  The page of other forum comes up but as soon as you press anything. e.g. type a message

When you go to type  a p.m. up the top of the message is the link to the other forum.
