Affiliation Image Not Showing

For some reason, when I added someones Affiliation Code to the appropriate affiliation script location, the mini banner did not show. This is the code of my Affiliation Code below...

The bold code in the above Affiliation Box is what I inserted but that mini banner won't show up on my marquee table. How come? Did I put the banner code in the wrong place?

You'd have to use this:

<a href="url of site" target="_blank"><img src="url of image" alt="" /></a>

Instead of UBBC.
