So while I was at cheer there was an incident on my site and all evidence has been saved in case what was threatened occurs.
So the story is two people were in a post and a third party came in with, to my understanding, something that could be construde as the individual wanting to commit suicide. The two original parties both asked her politley to delete the thread and the issue happened as follows.
"Original Party: I'm just saying as her friend I'm going to ask her to Offender: And I have a right to complain to Proboards, which could possibly get the site shut down. Original Party: no you don't. Offender: For presenting unequal opportunities. Original Party: others have done that before Offender: It still has to obey American laws."
Now my question is: Is She Correct? If by deleting her post, that was originally asked to move politley, am I jeopordizing my site? If so, isn't that like giving power to any tom, dick, or jane who comes onto a proboards site and letting the walk all over the admin and claim the site for their own?
