Forum URL: http://.proboards.com
A few of my existing members and new ones are having difficulties logging into the forum. The problem started after they had reinstalled their Windows XP OS.
They can get access to the login page. But after having keyed in the login ID and password, they are brought back to the same login page over and over again!
What is happening please? I have removed all the codes that I have inserted into the forum but still won't help.
Thanks for any help given in advance.

Any error messages they get when logging in also?

Are they logging and selecting the "forever" option? Any error messages they get when logging in also? Thank snakeair. No error message that I know of – at least they didn’t say so??? Thanks Craig, I have already instructed them to clear their cookies but according to them, this is a new Windows OS setup system they are all using. I have personally used their system to test the error and true enough, the page just kept on returning to the login page.

Don't clear the cookies, but make it so their can accept third party cookies. The instructions are on the first post of that link. It should work.
