This is my test board jha.freeforums.net/I have absolutely NO plugins installed at all. I use it exclusively for making themes. Yesterday and today while attempting to go to Admin Panel > Themes > Advanced Styles and CSS I got this message

Just to be clear, this is not an AJAX issue, its a JavaScript issue. Could you give me the exact list of steps that you take to get to this error? I wasn't able to reproduce it successfully in FireFox or Chrome.

Hello Michael. It just did it now again. I went to Admin Panel > Themes > Advanced Styles and CSS and got the same above message. The other day though when I posted in THIS post I got this

Hi Spice, Apparently I was running an old version of FF, I updated to the same version that you're on and still can't cause the error. Just to double check that I haven't missed a step, just by visiting the Medium Editor (Advanced Styles & CSS) you receive this error, correct?

Truthfully I am not surprised it isn't happening to you. I've been looking through some of the other error messages other boards are having and I am not having many of the same problems so not sure why some and not others or even all.

I assume that Tim had a specific reason that he asked you to create a new thread for this issue, as opposed to it being part of the other ongoing thread about similar issues. I'm inquiring with him now to see what he thought about your issue.

I spoke to Tim and I'm just going to create a bug for your issue. Unfortunately there isn't terribly much I can do to investigate that doesn't involve looking into code that I have no chance of understanding.

No worries Michael. I appreciate all that you and the rest of the proboard staff do to keep us all happy and up and running. It's not a huge enough issue to keep me from making the themes. Just gotta click the X now and then

I gotta tell you, when I have more than one window open this error message affects any website I have open. The popup will cause the whole browser to pause until you select something. Or are you getting AJAX messages on other pages?

Hi spiceelicious, I'm looking into the problem right now, but like Michael, I'm also having trouble reproducing the issue. Does this happen for you on every theme? I looked for the 'Crazy Daisy' theme in your screenshot, but I didn't see it in your Themes list. Also, could you tell us what page the preview (at the bottom of the page) was on when you got the error? Also (part 2): Could you please give us a new screenshot?

Hi Keith. I am not a 100% sure it was an ajax error. In the screen shot you will see something about unresponsive script. Well wouldn't you know it, but it didn't do it this time. Hopefully that means whatever the problem was is fixed. If it happens again and today was the first time it didn't, i will post about it again. Thank you for your help. As for the Crazy Daisy theme, I removed it which is probably why you didn't see it. The errors were happening as soon as I clicked on Themes > Go To Themes > Advanced Styles and CSS. That's when the script message came up.
