After some testing we've determined this is happening to users who have just registered new global accounts. We've submitted a priority ticket and our developers will be going over the problem ASAP - expect an update in this thread tomorrow morning.

To update on this, our developers have worked out a fix for this problem and it's just waiting to be pushed into the live code. Give them a few days to get it out and the issue should be resolved.

I too may not be too savy, but I still can't see any of the members email addresses. I log in as admin. Thanks

You can view them on members profile pages if you're logged in as username: Admin.

You can view them on members profile pages if you're logged in as username: Admin.

That's just it.  I am logged as admin, but still can't see email addresses.

Thanks. I spoke to a developer on this and they noted that this should be corrected and will go out in an update by the end of today. So once that push is made, the email addresses should be visible for the members that you're currently unable to see just yet

Thanks,  I'll be looking for it.  Like others, we have a restricted forum and I can't tell who is registering without the email addresses.

Just as an update, I can can see the email addresses of members who have joined in the last day or so as well as those who joined up a while back, but for those who joined a week ago or so I'm still not seeing the emails.

Users 183 and 184 are showing the email address below last online whereas up to 178 and 189 on shows on the top line - don't know if that has anything to do with it.
