its a general question about the confirmation code email send out to new members on a board. like on some boards i am involved the embers get approved by an admin first, is it possible to modify the approval e-mail with some additional text (like specific board rules or rules about termination of membership due to extended inactivity etc)? i think it would make some admin work easier. we could put in as example: ...if you dont post over a time of 3mth, you agree that your account gets terminated....blabla. by entering your approval code you aknowledge this rules...

No it is not, I'm sorry but we don't have access to it. Check the suggestions forum, see if its a suggested feature, if not, suggest it.
