Forum URL: vallettafc.proboards47.comHi, I take care of the above mentioned forum and since this morning neither me and none of my members can login. Whenever we try to login we are redirected to the www.proboards.com website. I tried to check the server status (47) and it looks fine. Can anyone help please?

All boards must be 100% in English. It looks like it was deleted.

The main language on the board is not in English but we have never had any problems with that. Can you please tell me who deleted the board? I should be the main admin (nick: lionheart), even though I'm not the person who started it.

Whenever we try to login we are redirected to the www.proboards.com website. I tried to check the server status (47) and it looks fine. Can anyone help please? please add A:M/C if not already added to your starter post, Craig Suffolk, or Martyn Dale (proboards®.com admin's ) are the ONLY people who will tell you if the board was indeed Deleted by Proboards staff.Let this thread drop so they can deal with it, posting in the thread (bumping) will take it further from help. If the forum has not been deleted by Proboards staff, you will need the ORIGINAL admin password, (the one you used when you first registered DO NOT post passwords here) Craig or Martyn may ask for it. If no reply in 24 hours, you may bump the thread. also Remember to Bookmark this thread so you can find it again. To other members:- Posting in this thread will not help this member, please allow this to drop.

The forum wasnt actully deleted by our TOS department, but by a user logged into the admin account.
As the forum wasnt in english however, and therefore a TOS violation im afraid we cannot restore it

Thanks for your answer Martyn.
I just spoke with the person holding the "admin" account and she confirmed that she didn't delete the board. She's saying that she's been offline from around 7pm cet (1pm eastern time) of Tuesday. Hence we're suspecting that her account was hacked and the board deleted.
I didn't know about the TOS violation and I apologize. It's a forum on a local (maltese) soccer team frequented by Maltese users thus the language used has always been maltese, since it's opening 3 years ago and we never received any warning from PB staff.
Is there anyway we can get it back? Even though the number of users wasn't that big it still was a great meeting place and a very much loved forum. Considering all this, and the fact that the original admin hasn't got the initial mail, is there any way to get it back?
Thanks in advance

Thanks in advance afraid not, when a board has TOS violation it is not restored, you don't get anything back. you're allowed to start a new board in english nothing is stopping you but if you break the TOS then it'll be gone.
