Do the staff delete the board right away? Or do they look for the violation? Im curious because I am starting a new forum. Also, is cussing permitted as long as there's no F-bombs in every post? Was a member of PB site where the admin allowed cussing but not in every post. Thanks people.

Was a member of PB site where the admin allowed cussing but not in every post. Thanks people. Proboards is notified of forums that are breaking the ToS by users who submits a ToS Violation. Upon receiving a notification, The ToS department will then inspect the forum in question for infractions mentioned in the ToS report. Depending on the severity of the violation, the main admin is then notified via PM from Proboards Staff from the main admin account, making it seem as if the admin PMed her/himself. If Proboards Staff sees that the main admin had participated in any threads that is breaking the ToS, then that would indicate that the admin would know of the situation and has failed to take action, and the forum is deleted.

The TOS department? Like the staff? Pat Clinger or Craig? Or is it a machine?

I believe it's Patrick who goes threw all the Reports. Unless he is too busy 1 of the other admins might take over.

Oh. But what if the admin didn't know it was a tos. Like just the F-Word in a post. What if he allows it but just not in every 50 posts or something?

The TOS department? Like the staff? Pat Clinger or Craig? Or is it a machine? definitely not a machine. It's either Pat or someone one he trusts judges whether the board should be deleted.

I know whats in it. But what if the F-Word was in the topic the admin posted in. Shouldn't the admin be notified for any TOS violation before deletion?

No because it's the admin's resposibility to know the TOS when they sign up for the board. ..just to add to what Storm said, you agree to the "terms of service" when signing up for your board its up to you to abide by it, the agreement is your Warning.
