Serious Forum Problems

Hi.

We are having serious, very serious problems with our forum.

Virtually every time anything is entered, we are getting long delays before anything happens. Pages fail to load due to
Proxy 550 errors and other errors. As a consequence we are getting double posts as out users hit 'refresh' and then 'resend data'  as to do anything but means their posts are lost.

Just trying to use the forum is a royal pain in the rear.

We are still on the old version of the forum software and have been advised it will be upgraded soon, but this seem to be a problem with the servers and something else.

Can you confirm you are aware of the problems and advise a resolution?

Another variant of the problem... "This page took too long to generate and has been stopped. A log of this error has been reported to ProBoards Support."

Thanks for the report, grenjs. I do know our system admins are still working this out - loading for you should improve steadily over time. If I hear any more I'll be sure to update you in this thread.

Sorry to report, but have loading issues and this has been going on for around 3 plus hours:

this would be the v5 software and may be in the wrong place for input.

We're aware of the issues impacting some pageloads - give us a bit to work on this and loading should improve.
