Forum URL: trentx.proboards80.com/index.cgi<script type="text/javascript"> <!-- var iImg = 'IMAGE URL'; if(!location.href.match("action") && !document.referrer.match(location.href.split(".")[0])) { document.write('<style type="text/css">table,font,.hide{display:none;}.nohide{display: ;}</style>'); d = document.createElement('div'); with(d){ align = 'center'; appendChild(document.createElement('a')); } with(d.lastChild){ href = '/index.cgi?'; appendChild(document.createElement('img')); } with(d.lastChild.lastChild){ alt = 'Click to Enter'; border = '0'; src = iImg; } document.body.appendChild(d); } // --> </script> This is the code that I'm using for a splash page. But the page isn't showing up at all. It's at the top of my main header, and I put the image link in there. Also, even when only me and anohter member is on, I'll be viewing the main page, yet it says that 2 people are viewing 2 different boards, which I know can't be correct. If anyone could help me with these problems, I would greatly appreciate it.

Could you put the code in top of main header with your image URL in it so we can take a look. That other guests viewing is most likley the googlebot which is harmless.

<script type="text/javascript"> <!-- var iImg = img57.imageshack.us/img57/6581/1wallpaper0616004copy4ro.jpg;if(!location.href.match("action") && !document.referrer.match(location.href.split(".")[0])) { document.write('<style type="text/css">table,font,.hide{display:none;}.nohide{display: ;}</style>'); d = document.createElement('div'); with(d){ align = 'center'; appendChild(document.createElement('a')); } with(d.lastChild){ href = '/index.cgi?'; appendChild(document.createElement('img')); } with(d.lastChild.lastChild){ alt = 'Click to Enter'; border = '0'; src = iImg; } document.body.appendChild(d); } // --> </script> And I also noticed that my "Report to admin" button has turned into "Link to this post/Back to top". Weird. And I now see that other people have got the same problem.

Okay, the page is working now. Thank you. But as for the Google Spider, it can't be that. It has an IP address, which I've seen. And I ran a test to see if it was a Google Spider. I made everyone have to join to see the forum for, ensuring that there could be no guests, yet that same guest that has been comnig to my forum since the day I set it up was still able to go there. After seeing this, I let guests back on. But no guest was shown this time. There was only me and another member. I was viewing the main page, yet it said that there were two people viewing two different things. I reloaded teh page a few times to make sure that it wasn't still reading old data (data of me going into that board), which it sometimes seems to do, yet nothing changed.
