I'm receiving this attention box upon receipt of new PM's:

You currently won't be alerted of new pms. To be re-alerted again, please do 1 of the following:
•1) Reply to a pm.
•2) Send a new pm.
•3) Click Here (There's a button)

my members saying its not working

I am struggling to get it to work on my form www.z650.proboards.com. Probably something I am doing wrong, but any pointers would be useful. I have tried moving the plugin to the top of the list but seemingly makes no difference ? I get no notification of PM's


Update:
Belay that - I was on an old version (1.7). I am now on version 2.0.4 and it's fine now

Once you do that, this message will disappear.
I don't know what that means.
Every time I see it, I click on the "click here" button, thinking that will solve it -- and the message DOES "go away" when I click the button...but then when I get a new PM from someone, the message comes back again.
Any ideas?

Alerts members when they have a new pm.

Same here too. Hitting the click here button re-activates the notifications.

Ignoring it means the popup notification box no longer appears

okie: gixx6r is correct. you need to do one of those 3 things to "re-activate" the pop-up, otherwise you won't see a pop-up for new pms. it basically resets the plugin key so it knows to alert you when you get another pm.

You need to reset it after every PM in order to get the next one
