Hi Richie,

Is it possible that I can edit this code to have the texts in Dutch?

If not, is it then possible that you declare the texts in variables, which can be set in the settings window?

Updated Plugin

v 2.1.0 -

1. Users can now be realerted by simply clicking any link on the forum, in addition to replying to/sending a new pm.
   
2. Removed Message that showed in inbox. (i agree it was annoying )
   
3. Shortened code to reduce load times, entire code is in a JS file now.
4. Added option to set the message in the alert window. (see screen shots in OP)

Edit: Bunnie it now has an option to set the text in the alert window, so yes, you can change it if you'd like.

Oooh, I love this plugin! It's just so easy to miss that little bubble in the top, so this is fantastic!

However, not all my users agree with me, so I was wondering if it's possible to create something, so that the user can choose to disable the PM Alert? ®i©hie

i could possibly add a button to their profile page to turn it on/off and have the info stored via key or local storage.

Uh umm, sorry for my lack of knowledge on this - I don't know, what would work the best? A key, perhaps? It sounds a bit difficult to go with local storage, though I don't know what actual difference, it'll do

a key is more user friendly but each forum can only have a certain amount of keys for free
