Unable to add my own banner

Hey, I've been trying to add my own banner to the forums but whenever I upload it on the Theme Settings page it won't show up and it still says "Metro" at the top of the boards

Is there any way to fix this? Might it be because of the dimensions of the banner I'm trying to upload?

What's the size of the banner?
Meantime, Try again, following the steps below:

Visit your admin panel and navigate to Themes > Colors & Theme Creator. Scroll to: Forum banner and put in the banner image into the "Banner Image" spot, then adjust the banner height accordingly. Save the changes and with that set, in the admin panel navigate to Themes > Theme Manager. Next, click on the name of your default theme to be taken to the theme settings. From there, set "Forum Title:" to "Do not display a title" and save the changes. Once this is completed, the banner should appear at the top of your forum and with no gaps.

Hi, the height of my banner is 400 pixels and the width is 800, is that where the problem is?

I followed the steps and there's still no change, it just says "Metro"

EDIT: I have changed the theme and it is now working, it must have been an issue with the one I was currently using. Thanks for the support.

It may have been because the declared dimensions for the welcome table were smaller than the banner. Do you still have that theme?
