Forum URL: http://.proboards.com Ok, the URL does not really matter much. My question is "Users Online within Last 24 Hours" being a semi-popular request for a code, I would like to know if it would be a violation of the privacy policy to include on a forum (I would be scripting it and hosting it myself and such). Anyways, I just want to know if this would be a Terms of Service or Privacy Policy violation. Thanks. Also, if this should have A:M/C in the title, please inform me, as I wasn't quite sure.

Yeah, I'd add A:M/C for this. Only an admin will be able to give you a for sure answer.

As long as it only collects non invisible users having been online its ok, since a user could work out who was there on a given day by simply refreshing and watching all day
Its whos in what board etc that isnt permitted
