Like with the non-recurring plans, simply purchase it on the first day of November, or you can purchase it as soon as you've expended the pageviews of your current plan.

If I get recurring now, it will go toward October, won't it?

Of course we want our customers to be happy. At the same time, our ad-free service removes ads. Each page we remove an ad from counts as 1 ad-free pageview. Even if you view 20 pages a day in your admin panel (which honestly, is a lot), you're talking about 600 pageviews a month - just over 1% of the basic package of ad-free. I don't think you are using up as many pageviews as you think you are just browsing around the admin panel. 20 in a day isn't that many though to be fair. Take Smangii on Slightly Insane for an example. He's the type of person who is constantly changing the theme's layout/design, so something like that uses a lot. Mostly due to the fact that when you "preview" in the Layout Templates, it obviously refreshes and shows the ads. I'm sure there's many other people who do a lot of editing every day, too.
