Actually good point.  I moved to Firefox just recently.  Tried it in Explorer 11 and its fine.  Not sure how to provide an example but it does seem its just Firefox.

Working fine for me in the most recent version of Firefox. My browser scrolls to the top as described previously.

Thanks.  That probably is why nobody has mentioned it.  It must just be me.
