If this is already possible through any means, please let me know how =)
If not, I'd like to make a feature request for a variable for the total global accounts on a forum for the homepage info center. Right now, forums who have character-per-account rules means one user can easily have 20 accounts on the forum and thus the "total members" variable is outrageously inflated and you can't portray the real, actual amount. Some sites like this because it looks good for activity and popularity or some suchness but I personally dislike it and would love to represent the actual amount. While I know a member can have multiple global accounts, it's rare. Most just use one global account, particularly as a roleplayer on a site where your accounts are characters. So I would like to request a variable that shows the number of unique global accounts on your forum rather than including all those linked to one global account.
Again, if this is already possible through any means, let me know. Even weird workarounds would suffice, such as a code that represents a number for the total amount of emails that match (like all who are yourname@aol.com are counted as 1) orrr a way to use custom profile fields for this purpose (all who have 'brady' in a certain custom profile field, for example, count as 1) or anything at all.
Aaaand if impossible now and impossible to make into a feature request, then sadface. =(

Hi ₪» ⅀ ƪ Ƒ «₪, I don't believe it's possible to do this as of now, but I wouldn't completely rule out something for the future. This has been marked as a feature request for a developer to consider
