Hi Yes. Go to Themes > Theme Manager and click on the theme you're currently on. On the following page, there's a page tab called Groups & Ranks.There should be a button on this page to make the groups and ranks use your forum's default group colors.

Interesting. I don't believe it is possible in that manner. Each member link has a class for the group they are in, but not the rank they have achieved. Unless this is added by the ProBoards team, it won't be possible to determine the rank a member has, and thus won't be able to assign a colour. That is, unless you either a: manually assign a member to a group, using the groups are ranks, and changing their group when they have X amount of posts, or b: add a style declaration for each member in the stylesheet, and change the colour when they reach their new rank.
Both of these are inefficient of time. Hopefully the admins will consider added a rank class to the member links.
I have labelled this topic as a feature request for the attention of the admins.
