Hey, Wormopolis =)
I have a rankwatch notification currently, and when I click "ok" to dismiss the popup, it gives me the following error message:
"Plugin key length exceeded.
(Limit: 4000 bytes)

Key: wormo_rankwatch
Id: 1

Error Code: 16"
And then it continues to keep the notification in place so I always have a "new" one.

Will give link to my site if you'd like it but it's in maintenance mode so let me know when you're ready for that if you are wanting to

what do you have the "max entries to keep" set to?

100 because it says that's the hard max

take it down to 50 then bring up the rankwatch dialog. see if it lets the marker push.

Changed it to 50, saved plugin, refreshed page, opened rankwatch, selected "ok," got the same error message, refreshed and still had the notifications

Ok. I will have to write something in to prevent a full key error. I don't know when I will get this done though.

Unfortunately, this happened to our forum again and changing the max entries to keep did not work this time. I read something about a manual purge button, but I can't seem to find it.

The "user colors" should appear in the profile unless you have some other CSS overriding it. can you link me to where it isnt getting colorized?

Hello mate - just installed this and very happy with it however I would like to add an image to the salutes.

I have tried cutting and pasting from Photobucket but no joy, also tried a cut and paste of the image from my desktop but cannot paste an image into the custom field.

any advice on how to load my image will be much appreciated

Im rewriting the auto-purge function, so I think I may have a solution.  of course in testing this I deleted all of my watches so now I have to promote/demote someone a bunch of times to get the data back in there.

 Its HTML so you need to add an <img> tag and give it a src= to where you are storing the image

many thanks mate - the lightbulb went off & I figured I shouldn't be using the Url as if posting an image into a thread!

Copied the Html & its working perfectly.

Now for my next question about the date & time... but that's for another thread

It's happening to one of my members. They get this error and the pop up. It keeps coming back over and over after every post even thought they hit OK

Error code 16 Key WORMO RANKWATCH Object Id: 12

Thanks for looking into this. I can commiserate with having to promote/demote to test further although I think that undoubtedly you have a lot more times to do it than I did. lol
I hope you find a solution and it isn't too much work for you.
