It's doing that because there's two mini-profiles in the post's HTML when using the NPC Profiles plugin. My guess is he just has the plugin targeting anything with the .mini-profile class.

You'd have to ask Wormo to make a version that only targets the last mini-profile found in a post since the source code of his plugin isn't editable.

Wormopolis, could you make an edit of this plugin to be like what Brian said above? Thank you!

Hey, i am using this plugin but the stars disappeared for a admin. How do i get them back on the profile before you hover over it?

stars arent included in the mini-profile since they are basically fluff

This plugin will reduce mini-profiles down to just username, avatar, and personal text next to all the posts.  hovering the MMP, will slide out the regular MP and stay out until either one is left by mouse.  Useful if you have really large Mini-Profiles with a lot of data that you dont necessarily want appearing next to every post, especially if the posts are small - but makes it easy to access them by hovering.

v.1.0.0 doesnt have any settings, but I am thinking about making the MMP customizable as well as maybe speed of open/close.

Post counts isn't a piece that gets moved into the mmp. There is currently only five supported

The border thing is easy enough. Put a div around the avatar so you can give it a classname. Or you can try inline styles to that div and see if it takes that way.

Put HTML <div class="avbox"></div> around the variable for the avatar. Then in your style sheet you can style it with whatever border you want

im new to this buddy, i dont know what 'varible' means .... do you mean put it in the plugin panel ?

So in that image you posted, that was the custom template editor for the mmp. You can see something referring to the alter.avatar right? Wrap that part in the stuff I put above.

I'm wanting you to grasp these concepts because the more you know about how the forum and plugins work, the more they will be able to do for you.

Sorry you are right user.avatar

Now make sure there is a classname in there. Then your forum css, you just have to add in a new definition
