Namaste,
I have no clue where this came from and it's only on my Testing Forum and not my other Forum. I disabled the news feed, but this bar still exists under the Navigation Bar. How do I get rid of it ?

I think I found my culprit. I'll be back with my findings. Global Messages plugin from Peter isn't playing nice in the sandbox. I'll take this issue over to that thread on Plugins.

Just in case others have this issue when using my plugin, here is the problem...
The plugin works as expected, however if you do not enter a title or body for a message, it will still show, you have to disable it by changing the "Enabled" option.
