Confuzzled - Mini profile wonky

So, not entirely sure what I did, but for some reason the staff mini profile is all kinds of messed up while the member mini profile looks just fine. I tried figuring out what's wrong with it but I couldn't find the issue on my own xP If anyone can help, much love <3
