Feature Request: Tagging by user id

Instead of just being able to use the user name for @ tagging, be able to use their id number.

either by doing @126470 or if that would conflict with normal tagging be able to use @#126470

It would probably have to be in the @#126470 format, otherwise someone could have the ID of 126470 and someone else could register with the username 126470 which would be problematic. Not a bad idea though
