The title's a little ambiguous, but here's it written more plainly: When I personally block someone currently, I'm still able to see threads they've created. I think the blocking feature would be more intuitive if it could hide threads started by people on my personal block list.

Hi,
Theres always been some debate on how much to hide when it comes to blocked users. Some people want no traces of the user, others want some level of control and others just want their posts in threads hidden. In the future we'd like to offer more options but for now this works as a compromise. At the end of the day the only advice that we can really provide is that if you see a thread from a blocked user, use your best judgement if you wish to open it or not.
I've marked this thread as a feature request.

Hi! Yes, I'm sure it wouldn't be for everyone, so having it set that way automatically would make a mess of things. I'd just like to see a little checkbox for it in the blocking options pop-up that comes up when you block someone. It's not an immediate need or anything; I just think it'd make the block feature even better than it already is. Thanks for your quick response and for marking it.
