Back to working on a new theme that better fits into the contest. I have to say, working on a non-rpg forum is very much out of my comfort zone. I kinda like it. >.>

Will the themes be judged not only by their design, but their functionality, browser compatibility, and user friendliness? AKA, how easy they are edited to suit the user's needs?

Do we submit to the theme library first and see if it's accepted before posting here?

My assumption would be that entries will be primarily judged on quality and how well they represent the chosen theme, @khristian, so I'd think they would factor those aspects in when making the final call. I'll forward your question on to one of the managers, though.

♥ ℒʊ√ ♥, you don't necessarily need to wait until it's accepted to make the post with your entry's details. You're provided with a link to the library item that will start to work as soon as it's accepted, so you're free to use that ahead of time. Let us know if you have any difficulties submitting to the library.

Yep, that's correct ♥ ℒʊ√ ♥. Just click the Add a New Theme to proceed to the screen where you can add in images and select category(s) for your theme's library page.

The themes are simple, clean and basic. All graphic design is thru gradients and I only have images that are set on the "images" section in the themes. So does that mean I don't have to load anything? Shouldn't those images already be there ~ just as the smilies are?

Sorry, I didn't explain that well. All the images that you have on your theme, smileys, etc, are indeed there contained within the theme itself, but for the library page you're allowed to add in preview images (see the page for Metro Stripe as an example) and the place that you add these is during the theme export process after clicking the "Add a New Theme" button you screenshotted above.

Then please disregard my submissions. I'll have to take screenshots of the themes. I don't have any images except those on the theme's image page. So that's taken care of. Sorry about the confusion. This is a first time for me. I'm a little flustered!

It's actually fine, ♥ ℒʊ√ ♥. You can submit the theme now without the screenshots and then just re-submit the theme later (when you do have the images) as an update. When updating a theme you can add new library images for it if you like.

Did you make it to the confirmation screen that explains that your theme has been successfully submitted for review? After clicking on the button you screenshotted in one of your above posts, you're taken to a screen where you add 1 or more images, and then you click the "submit" button at the bottom of that page.
