The button should disappear after clicking it... If it doesnt then the key is not being updated. Make sure the key permissions are set correctly in the plugins' settings, that's usually the issue. There were/are both on Members & Staff as recommended:

Can you please try moving the plugin to the top of your plugins list and try again.. Failing that, try to reinstall it.
If that doesn't work let me know and I'll give you a direct lick to a version which is working on my test forum.

Yeah, no luck with that either.
TBH I've got a feeling there has been something change on PB side that is causing this, I've had problems with several plugins lately, feels like it started right around the time the new popup reminders about ad-block started.
Happy to try a different version though, thanks for all your efforts!

Happy to try a different version though, thanks for all your efforts! No worries... This is the version I have currently on my test forum. It's pretty much identical to version 0.2.0 but with a couple of tiny updates.. To ensure you get a clean install, and if you don't mind losing your members current thread counts (these can be updated), delete old one first, ensuring you select 'Delete Plugin & Data', then reinstall the newer version and cross your fingers.

Thanks. I'll try it without deleting data first as I don't fancy updating thousands of members counts unless I have to. Might be a couple days now before I get to it as I'm away from my PC - will let you know how it goes.

TodgeJust a quickie .... I have the Plug-in installed and it works great But I have noticed that the thread counts are all 0 when viewing Forum as a guest? I've checked that the permissions are set to Everyone. Is this behaviour by design or a little bug? Cheers.

If you'd like guests to see your members' thread counts, change the key READ settings to 'Everyone'.

I changed the settings in your Participated Threads Plug-In instead for some stupid reason. Changed the correct Plug in settings and all as wanted. Thanks for your fast response. PS - how can you tell what the settings of a forums Plug-in is?

Thanks for your fast response. PS - how can you tell what the settings of a forums Plug-in is? No worries.. Glad you got it sorted. If you look at the source code, and you know what to look for, you can see which plugins are installed and the settings you have chosen.

Hi Todge, I've just installed this plugin, and was able to update my own thread count, but I can't update anyone elses. I have the read/write options set to Staff & Admin, it is on all themes etc, but when I go to a member profile/edit profile/staff options, I don't see the extra option to reset beneath the thread count. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong here. Any ideas? Many thanks. This looks like a hugely useful plugin. GH.

Either way, you, as the main Admin should be able to set another member's thread count regardless. It should be directly below the 'Post Count' option in the 'Staff options' tag, as you probably know. I do have a newer version that fixed a couple of tiny issues that has never been submitted to the library that you are welcome to try.. Version 0.2.1But version 0.2.0 should still work. If the newer version still doesn't work, could you post or PM me a link to your forum. Thank you.

Hi TodgeNo. I didn't have the read/write set for members as for the time being I didn't want members having access to this feature. So, I just set access for Staff & Admin. Then I changed it to Admin & Moderators to see if that made a difference. Unfotunately, it didn't. I am using version 0.2.1 but still get no option to reset a members thread count via the edit profile/staff options page. All I see is the Post count box, and the thread count box. No button as such. I also tried moving the plugin further towards the top of my list of installed plugins but still the same. I've PM'd you a link to the forum. Thanks again TodgeGH.
