.......All I see is the Post count box, and the thread count box. No button as such...... Ahhhh... So you do see the option, just not the button.. The button will appear when you change the number, otherwise it will be hidden.

Sorry for appearing stupid Todge, but can I input any number into that box, then a reset button will appear to change the thread count to the correct number?
Or am I even dumber than I thought?

Forget that last post. I just tried it and I see what you mean now. It looks like I have manually work out the thread count for each member. Is that correct? (as I only have the plugin set for staff use) I also noticed that now on the member list, the extra "Threads" column has squeezed my last column so it is too narrow. Can this be altered? Thanks for the guidance Todge

Thanks for the guidance Todge Nope, the plugin can do it automatically for you. If you go to your members list all the thread counts listed in red have yet to be set. Click on the each red number in turn, which will take you to the members profile, then click in 'Recent Threads' for that member. You should then get a pop-up telling you the thread count needs setting. Click on 'Reset Thread Count', then return to the members list to fix the next member's threads. Once set, the plugin should keep track by itself, but you will have to set the key write setting to include members, otherwise it will not be able to. There is a setting in the plugin if you don't want to allow members to correct each others thread counts. As for the Extra Threads being squeezed, can you either post a screen shot of your members page so I can take a look. Thanks.

Hi Todge I've PM's you a screen grab of the squashed column - Thanks for taking a look. Great news re the plug in updating the thread count automatically. Now you've explained the method it's real easy. Regards the settings, I have now set the key write setting to Members & Staff. Does this mean the thread count will automatically recalculate themselves from now on? I didn't want the pop ups appearing for members - rather they were uninvolved int he whole process to be honest. Thanks again Todge - A really great plugin. (p.s. Now I have the thread column in the member list, is there any way I can get the columns to sort by thread number like when I click on the "Post" heading it will order the list by post count) GH.

Thank you for the screen grab. It appears that you have an extra column at the end titled 'Dis', I assume that that's from another plugin? If so, could you tell me which one. As for sorting the list by thread number, I'm afraid that's not possible as it's not possible to get all the information needed to sort the members from one page. Sorry.

Hi Todge. No worries regards being able to sort the threads. The extra column is to show if a member is disabled or not and I've just gone back through previous threads I've posted here to see how I adjusted the width. It wasn't via a plug in, it was done in the Style Sheet. I've had a look around but can't find where I changed this figure. I'll have to take a longer look this evening. Thanks again for all of your help with this excellent plugin Todge GH.

If you can post ot PM me the layout for your members page, I can take a look to see if it's easily alterable.

Hi TodgeYes, the extra column was created in the Layout Template. I have been making a few adjustments to the column widths now and have things looking perfect. The only column I can't change the width of (though it is of no consequence now) is the Thread Count column from your plugin. So all good this end now. Many thanks again for helping me along with this Todge It really is a very useful plugin. GH.

If you ever do need to change the Thread columns width, you can do it by adding this to the stylesheet of your forum.. .threads { width: 7%!important; } Changing the red number to suit.

Nice plugin, but it does this to my profile shrani.si/f/x/TR/1HqipN4d/1/sshot-1.pngand your code which you say we put into profile template <span class="thread_count" id="threads-$[user.id]"></span> should look like this for Summary in Profile <tr> <td class="headings">Created threads:</td> <td class="thread_count" id="threads-$[user.id]"></td> </tr> BTW this code fixes problem in profile showed in the picture and for Mini profile you should add for example text Threads: Threads <span class="thread_count" id="threads-$[user.id]"></span>
and it becomes Threads 6 otherwise only number is showned

The option was added as an answer this post. As for the mini-profile, I did assume that if a user was able to figure out how and where to add the snippet into their layout, they'd be able to figure out how to add the title too.
