I am requesting support. Is it possible to have the background color or the background image stay only in the forum's global header or the main header?

Hi,
Could you please elaborate on what you mean/are looking for? An example would also be helpful!

private, There could be a couple different ways to achieve possibly what you want once we understand the request better. Could you please screen shot the area on your forum you are referring to (just the area you want affected). If you want to keep the forum info private, you may PM me with the screen shot.

So let's start with your second example purelyfictional. Are you wanting the leaves image to stay within the "header" and not be visible further down the page?

For both forums: I do not want the forum's background color or its image to be included. I want the background separate or left out. I hope my replies answer your question.

I am not sure about Scott, but that has confused me a little, i think. But, make these changes, and see if that is what you mean.
admin > themes > advanced styles and css > background
Change background repeat to 'no-repeat' and background attachment to 'scroll with page'.

From what I might be understanding, she's looking to have a background/colour behind the text and/or image she's set up in the global or main header area, I could be wrong though.

I am looking to have a color that stays within the confines of the global header or the main header. The background color or image would be behind and any text would be on it.

Hi, privateIs this what you are looking for? Notice the leaves are left out from the background, specifically.

Ulises:I think of the global header's location as being above the Dynamically Tabbed Table. I would like the global header's effected area to be above that plugin and not trespassing upon the forum's/theme's background color. I would the ability to include text or other things. Is my request possible?

Oh, so you mean this part right? Yep, that's possible. I went ahead and cleaned up the HTML and CSS for ya. So you would like to change the background color to match the current theme correct? The text can already be changed in the global header area here:
