Photo in Header

I'm not a coder, and I don't pretend to be one, so can someone PLEASE give me the code to add a photo to my Global Header?

If you want it centred, wrap it in <center></center> tags.

Somethings not right (like no kidding). Here is what I have in the Header box in the Headers & Footers section:
<center><A href="link to forum" target="_blank"><img src="" /> border="0" alt="name of forum"></a></center>

I'm thinking there is a space where it isn't supposed to be, or something. I'm not sure. What I get from the above code is: border="0" alt="name of forum">

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Ok, I'm not totally sure why the photo showed up here but not in the Forum header, but I was kind of hoping it wouldn't. Now I'm really confused.

If you notice, the URL end is ".jpg.html" so it's not rendering properly.

Use this URL instead:
http://i206./bb174/flatbedkw/Paystar%20and%20lowboy/100_3786.jpg

Also this: border="0" alt="name of forum" needs to go within the end tag of images, so like so:
<img src="link here" border="0" alt="name of forum" />

Also, to comply with XHTML standards, do not capitalise your tags -- it should be "a href" not "A href"
