My IP is banned but i am the owner

Hello. I got an email that someone was a new member in my forum and as I clicked to go to my forum, it said this '

What happened?
The owner of this website (omnomp.freeforums.net) has banned your IP address (68.68.96.198)."
How do i ban myself if I am the owner to my own forum? This forum says this IP is banned even though this is my first time here. I can bypass this by using a proxy app. I checked the banned list with my other admin account on my forum and I do not appear on the list and when i go to my profile for owner, there is no option to unban me

That message indicates that the servers have blocked the IP address you're using to access the forum. The IP address you posted shows as belonging to a hosting network rather than an ISP or data provider which is the most likely reason it's blocked.

What type of device are you using to access the forum? Does the same IP address show on What Is My IP? Do you have any proxy settings enabled on that device that would cause your IP address to show as that one?
