As you see above all my BB code buttons have ?? marks
How can that be fixed?

I'm not able to duplicate this.

If you right-click one of the question mark images and choose to open the image in a new tab what link does it lead to?

If I click the button it does lead me to where I want to go

If I right click on the ? mark to new tab nothing happens

If you clear your browser's cache do the images revert back to the original buttons?

No it does not

I also noticed that other BP forums have the same problem

Try going into the browser's settings and entering the Advanced tab, then checking the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox as shown in the screenshot below.

If you try right-clicking the question marks again does the option show after making that change?

The BBcode buttons are showing now. Hopefully it will stay that way.
There is one button that still has a ?  The "insert highlight"

Can that button be eliminated?

Yes as this is something you added.

Go to the settings for the plugin Quick Reply BBCode Buttons.  Click on the 'Hire' tab, then on the "x"   to remove the highlight

pitszal, not sure what to tell you as the buttons appear fine for me and I'm unable to reproduce the issue. Can you confirm the system and browser you are using? Is it Firefox on Mac?

Safari Mac I see the same on alot of PB boards.

I feel like you and I are both experiencing the same issue.  I just made a post about this myself.  The only formatting buttons I am seeing are two that I added myself. Only, I'm not seeing broken images. I'm just seeing empty space.

pitszal & bigballofyarn, it seems there may be an issue with this plugin. I'll see if Brian can take a look at it when he gets in.
