is there support for custom coding? I'm looking to control where the collection bag is shown and things like formatting. :)

Unfortunately, no - I will not support changes to the code that differs to what's been submitted to the library. Sorry.

As a note, you are free to modify it how you want - there just won't be any support for that if you, or anyone else, does that.

One of our members cannot find more items, no matter what she does. She has reached 18430 and nobody else has this problem, so we wonder maybe there is a maximum number that you are allowed to collect.

I had a member collect 25805 last time we played. Has she tried clearing her cache?

Can we do that for individual members? I do it each time we change items, but then, all members' containers are being reset to 0.

Yes, m2marsh, that makes sense. A guy on my forum also sugested that she changes browser to see if it makes a difference. So I assume that it's not a plugin issue, then.

Just to add to the above - there is no hard-coded upper limit on the total number of items that can be found.

The same member is now able to collect items again, but she has lost the indicator button in the bottom right corner that tells whether there is a prize on the page or not. Nobody else on our forum has this problem.

Any suggestions?

Has she enabled her proboards toolbar? She may have accidentally closed it. You enable it again by clicking the little left facing arrow at the very bottom right of the Forum alongside the down arrow for the scroll bar.
