IP banned for forums

I am receiving a message from cloudflare telling me my ip is banned. I just got a new root server with a new ip, so I guess it was blocked before. Would be great if you could whitelist or unban it please.

What happened?

The owner of this website (www.proboards.com) has banned your IP address (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx).

Just need to know where to send the ip address to, to unblock it. Don't really want to post it here.

Your IP address seems to resolve to a server host rather than an ISP. This is likely why it's being met with a ban message.

Ensure you don't have any proxies enabled in your connection settings as this is the most common cause for an IP address to resolve to a source that isn't an ISP.
