Popup after certain amount of pageviews

I know it'd be conditional to the cookies and specific browser and such that a user is using, but I'm looking for a plugin that will make a pop-up with text of my choosing after a certain number of pageviews within a certain time period (if this is possible) perhaps chosen by a number of hours or once a day, whatever is possible, if it is possible. =3
Any keys needed are totally fine.
The reason is that I am a forums.net forum and I have to pay for every 1k overdraft from the amount of pageviews I pay for. If a user is needlessly clicking all over my forum like a lot of bored members tend to do, just sort of aimlessly loading pages out of boredom or constantly refreshing the homepage, I would like a friendly reminder pop-up to remind them that they need to keep the excessive pageview use to a minimum, if that makes sense. That's all I'd need - popup with text of my choice after a chosen number of pageviews in a chosen amount of time.
Let me know if anyone is up for this =3 I have looked at a few similar plugins but they don't work with the "amount of time" function I need, they're just total pageviews, which wouldn't quite serve the purpose.

Not sure if it works for Members (I know it works for Guests), but have you checked the VPester plugin?

Since you didn't list which plugins you've already looked at, not sure if this was one of them or not.

Since you didn't list which plugins you've already looked at, not sure if this was one of them or not.

I do have the vpester plugin for nagging my lurkers/mutes, but it doesn't quite fulfill this particular need. It needs to only trigger if they look at X amount of threads in X amount of time. So if they look at (hypothetically) 100 pageviews in 1 hour, then the popup would happen, but not if they use 100 pageviews in 2 hours.
