Thread View Counter Reset to Zero (for posts from February)

Please note that all our post view counts for thread created from early February 2018 seem to have been reset back to zero (0). Why is this happening and will we actually get our actual view counts back up again.

I have exactly the same question. 

How could there be more replies than views?

Why were all of the view counts reset?

Does the site do this on a regular basis?

I also noticed that the number of members online over the last 24 hours was reset. Why?

It's the complete opposite. Even if you're experiencing the same issue described in another thread you should create your own thread. This is so that there aren't multiple conversations happening in a single support thread which makes it easier to read and respond to.
