One of our members is getting this message on her iPad when she tries to post graphics. .. “This forum has exceeded it’s attachment space limit,”
Anyone know what this means??

It means exactly what it says: the attachment limit -- what you are likely using to "upload graphics" -- has been exceeded. To manage your attachment settings you need to go to admin > file storage and then scroll to the bottom to see your attachment settings, like so: From there you can upgrade your space allotment (a paid service) or you can click "manage" and remove old, unneeded attachments. However that said, I do not recommend using the attachment feature to post graphics / images unless you are willing to pay for storage space. It's meant more to function like an email attachment, so you can give each other files and such, rather than a means to display images. Instead you'll want to look into a third party host, such as the ones found in this external resources thread.

Okay, but why is she the only one getting that message? I couldn't say; I suspect that either she's the only one currently attempting to upload an attachment, or otherwise the only one that has reported it to you. If neither of these things are the case, however, then the admins will be back online tomorrow from 9AM - 5PM Pacific, and they'll be able to provide further insight.

You may not have permission to view that section of the admin area if the account you're logged into isn't the main admin account as even the Administrator group may not have all powers on the forum.
I don't know what forum this is in regards to since you didn't link it, but one of the ones linked to your global account has definitely maxed out its attachment storage space so nobody should be able to upload attachments directly to that forum at this point until older ones are cleared out. Any users who are still posting images are likely linking them from external sources rather than uploading them as attachments.

We removed all the attachments. There are some that just say OB. Could you tell me what that is?

That's the File Size column. 0B stands for "0 bytes" which essentially means that the file has no size because it no longer exists. Deleting a post containing an attachment will usually result in the attachment showing that way in the list. You're more than free to delete those ones from the list.

justfriends.freeforums.net/ Hi, It sounds like you're in different member groups with different powers. Whoever has the username: admin should be able to adjust these for you. Also, since this is a new issue and this thread was marked resolved 3 days ago, as per the rules of this board, please create a new thread in the future.
